'Zhongguotong' is an outcome of the National Chinese Language Curriculum Project. The 'Zhongguotong' series is studied in three levels and provides curriculum guidelines and supporting resources for teaching Chinese language in Australian primary and secondary schools. The teachers' handbook provides guidelines on developing a syllabus, methodology, learning content and assessment for the lower to upper primary level. Includes modules of teaching and learning activities using an activities-based approach. Includes a bibliography and glossary.
