Zirconia Powder from Amang

The processing of amang in the laboratory has yield zircon with a purity extending to almost 100%. Based on the minerals identified in the amang several selected instrument were used to upgrade zircon concentration. The dissociation of alkaline oxide process was used to produce zirconia, and the results were compared with several other sources of zircon sand. [Authors' abstract].
