Etika pro zdravotně sociální pracovníky

Od pracovníků v zdravotně sociálních oborech se očekává vysoká kulturní úroveň osobnostní výbavy, altruistické jednání a schopnost hledat při řešení každodenních problémů cesty, které respektují důstojnost člověka v tíživé situaci. Při své práci se setkávají s klienty různých věkových a sociálních skupin, s klienty různě zdravotně či sociálně znevýhodněnými i s tzv. "obtížnými" klienty.V důsledku toho je jejich práce náročná a vyžaduje překonávání řady úskalí. Autoři publikace se snažili vytvořit syntetické dílo, které pojednává o různých etických aspektech zdravotní a sociální práce, a které tudíž pomůže připravit zdravotně sociální pracovníky tak, aby jejich jednání a chování v každodenním kontaktu s klienty bylo profesionální a etické.
